Dr. Amanda Trimble is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Equine Internal Medicine and the residency program co-director at Texas A&M University. She obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow in 2014, and achieved DACVIM status in 2018 upon completion of her residency at Kansas State University. In addition to her clinical duties, she is highly involved with pre-clinical teaching and is a leader in the school's wellness initiative. In 2023, she obtained her Master's Degree in Veterinary Education from RVC in London where her thesis work focused on the effects of self-doubt on adult learning. She also began a two year Innovative Teaching Fellowship with Texas A&M's Center for Teaching Excellence in 2024.
