Dr. Philip Fox is certified by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Cardiology), the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine Companion Animal (Cardiology), and the American Collagen of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. He is Director of the Caspary Research Institute of the Animal Medical Center. He received his DVM degree from the Ohio State University, completed an internship in medicine and surgery, as well as a cardiology residency program at The Animal Medical Center in NY City.
