Dr. Sears is a clinician educator in Large Animal Internal Medicine at Oregon State University. She completed her training at multiple institutions along her journey to academia and subsequently has dedicated efforts to creating a more effective learning environment for students and house officers. The current challenges in academic medicine has promoted a keen interest in mechanisms for improving culture and empowering individuals.
