Julie Fjeldborg obtained the veterinary degree from The Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University (KVL).
She got her PhD in the area “Pharyngeal-laryngeal obstructions in the Upper Airways in the Horse”.
She is associate professor at Large Animal Surgery at the Large Animal University Hospital, Copenhagen.
Her research program explores a variety of topics in the equine species in relation to poor performance due to the airways.
