Presentation Description / Summary: Challenging interactions with clients is one of the most stressful and discouraging aspects of veterinary clinical medicine. This talk will present tools to use during difficult discussions and will highlight the use of those tools in setting clear boundaries with pet owners. A range of scenarios will be described to highlight key features of boundary setting.
