This talk will use a case based interactive format to coach attendees on navigating the management of complicated diabetic cats. Topics will include how to identify a poor response to treatment, how to safely change the treatment plan if appropriate and how to manage co-morbidities.

  • Recognize clinical and clinicopathogic changes that indicate a poor response to treatment of diabetic patients.
  • Understand how co-morbidities influence treatment choice in diabetic patients.
