Dr. Surendran Nair serves as Director of Infectious Disease for Antech. She has a Master’s, Ph.D., and Postdoc experience in Veterinary Microbiology and Animal Infectious Diseases. She is passionate about bringing new diagnostic solutions and collaborating to create diagnostic methods to promote antimicrobial stewardship. Dr. Surendran Nair worked closely with animal owners, veterinarians, and infectious disease pathologists to develop, validate, and deploy microbiologic/molecular diagnostic tests to meet their unmet animal health needs. She has over ten years of research experience in Animal Health and Microbiology and has authored around 55 peer-reviewed publications.
