Amanda joined the Gastrointestinal Lab at Texas A&M University in the fall of 2014, as an undergraduate student and stayed to complete a master’s degree in 2017, and then a PhD in 2022, and is now an associate research scientist leading the metabolomics team. Her current work focuses on assay development and optimization using various analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS/MS.
