My name is Karina Pinal and I am a current second year Neurology Resident at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I have enjoyed the realm of neurology since the first year of veterinary school and have continued the journey to this point. I was born and raised in Georgia, which is where I attended college, veterinary school, and completed my rotating internship. Now braving the frigid temperatures of the midwest, Wisconsin has become my second home, where I often hang out with my two Shiba Inus, try new restaurants, and get cozy with books.
