In 2005 I received my DVM degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and then I worked as an equine field service veterinarian for 7 years alternating with some instructor duties at several universities, 2012 joined as a staff veterinarian and clinical instructor at the veterinary teaching hospital at Universidad CES in Medellin Colombia, in 2014 pursued for a Masters degree in Equine Medicine and in 2022 move to Canada and started working as an intern at Ontario Veterinary College University of Guelph. By 2023 started the Large Animal Internal Medicine Residency and Doctor of Veterinary Sciences studies at the same university.
