Originally from Australia, Matthew graduated with his veterinary degree from The University of Sydney in 2019. After a stint in private practice, he completed a small animal emergency internship at The University of California, Davis in 2022, and is currently a 3rd-year small animal internal medicine resident at Washington State University. He has an interest in both basic and clinical research, especially in the fields of nephrology and gastroenterology.
