Kevin graduated from University College Dublin Vet School with first class honors. He completed a rotating internship at the University of Liverpool, UK, followed by a 3-year residency at the same institution. He subsequently remained as a lecturer for 18 months. He then worked in private referral practice in both Australia and the UK until September 2019. He then took up a position of assistant professor, followed by associate professor in Internal Medicine at UCD.
Kevin holds the RCVS certificate in Internal Medicine, the European Diploma in Internal Medicine in 2016 (Dipl. ECVIM-ca) and is an RCVS recognized specialist.
His main area of interest includes gastrointestinal disease in the dog and cat.
