Jörg Steiner serves as Professor at Texas A&M University, the Dr. Mark Morris Chair in Small Animal Gastroenterology and Nutrition, and the Director of the Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University. He has authored or co-authored more than 300 peer-reviewed articles, 100 book chapters, and 450 research abstracts. In 2018 Dr. Steiner received the AVMA Career Achievement Award in Canine Research. He was selected as a University Distinguished Professor at Texas A&M Univeristy in 2019.
