Larry D. Cowgill, DVM, PhD, DACVIM (SAIM)

Dr. Cowgill received his DVM degree from the University of California at Davis and completed internship and residency training and PhD at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine and is the inaugural President of the newly recognized American College of Veterinary Nephrology and Urology. Dr. Cowgill is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Medicine and Epidemiology of the University of California-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and was a member of the clinical faculty at Davis for 48 years.
