Joe has been active in the veterinary profession since 2007, taking on a variety of roles throughout his career. He is a Credentialed Veterinary Technician, a Certified Veterinary Business Leader, and has completed specialized certification coursework in compassion fatigue. Currently, Joe serves as Vice President of Clinical Services at MedVet, where he also acts as Executive Sponsor for the Black and LGBTQ+ Employee Networks. His professional interests include leadership development, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and driving cultural transformation.
