This session will focus on how to empower veterinary clinical teams to contribute to the clinical research pipeline. It will review where were are now as a baseline to build on, will present information and best practices in the human healthcare space that we can draw from, and will discuss ways we can move forward as a profession to build a workforce interested and able to support the growing therapeutic development needs in veterinary healthcare.
