Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital

Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital, the first veterinary specialty hospital east of The Triangle, was founded in Spring 2015 by the Wilson, NC based organization Vets Pets.

Since going 24 hours in Wilson in October 2019, two surgeons, a boarded veterinary criticalist, and three more emergency veterinarians have joined our team. Whether your pet has endured a traumatic bone fracture, a tear to a knee ligament, or a severe soft tissue wound, our hospital and team has the knowledge, specialty equipment, and skill to help your pet get on the road to recovery. Our surgical abilities will also help your furry family member when in need of complicated tumor/mass removal, correction of congenital defects, or even emergency abdominal/thoracic exploratory surgery.

Your pet will never be alone at any point after surgery. Our ICU is staffed 24 hours a day with experienced veterinary professionals.

Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital can also provide advanced ultrasound diagnostic services with support by both board-certified radiologists and cardiologists. This further helps you and your veterinarian determine what care your pet needs to stay healthy.
